What Is Career Coaching?
Personal training is a time-limited consulting process whose purpose is to help the trainee achieve goals he has set for himself in various aspects of life. As part of this, there are a variety of training types. For example, couple training for relationships, attention and concentration training for those dealing with attention and concentration disorders of all kinds, health training to encourage activity and healthy behavior and more. Career training is a specific type of training that aims to help the trainee in various fields related to the occupational aspect. Career coaching can suit you in the following cases:
You are interested in a career change but find it difficult to “take the step” and change direction
You are faced with a change of status in the framework of your chosen career: starting a business or expanding it, moving from working as an employee to working as a freelancer, accepting a managerial position
You are not satisfied with your career achievements and you feel that you have the potential for higher performance and achievements
A situation of imbalance between career and private/family life has arisen in your life: work comes at the expense of finding a relationship, family, etc. or vice versa – you have immersed yourself in family life and he/she has difficulty starting or returning to your career

During the coaching, the coach will help you find out what your priorities are, what values are really important to you and what your perceptions are, both about yourself and about the way the world works – in your eyes.
During the training you will train on the flexibility and expansion of your ways of thinking and strategies and you will experiment with new and effective actions that will produce new results to your satisfaction!
A good business coach is the one who knows how to create an empowering and effective partnership with the trainee based on a mutual commitment to the process of focusing the trainee on working towards the goal and enabling him to achieve it in a relatively short time.
